AMSURG is seeking a Manager, Contracting - Health Plan Relations for the West Region. This remote role supports managed care contracting, payer negotiations, and contract research across AMSURG's ambulatory network.

You will work with Directors and center teams to align contracting priorities, monitor payer issues, prepare reports, and develop training tools. Overnight/local travel up to 25% may be required. Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Support contract negotiations, contract research, and payer relationships.
• Collaborate with Directors to support center-level contracting priorities.
• Contract and onboard acquisitions, de novo centers, and new provider affiliations with payers.
• Monitor payer issues such as provider participation, contract loading, and payment issues.
• Develop departmental goals and contracting plan; monitor performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on contract rates and payer mix.
