Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to lead day-to-day management and support for Meritain's partner portfolio, including navigation, advocacy, and vendor coordination. You will act as the primary operational contact for partners and internal teams, driving service excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.

• Oversee day-to-day management and support of Meritain's partner portfolio.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive service excellence, issue resolution, partner accountability, and relationship management.
