Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Manager of Health Management Level of Need Assessments to oversee operations, account management, and business development for contracts in a remote hybrid capacity in Iowa and Maryland. The role includes team accountability for evaluation measures, deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, stakeholder relations, proposal support, and budget oversight while aligning with Telligen's management philosophy

Qualifications

• Four year degree in nursing, social work, health care, business, public health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of multiple health management programs/contracts and leads strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and ongoing management to meet deliverables and measures.
• Develops and maintains relationships with team stakeholders; provides technical assistance and process improvement methods.
• Participates in sales, business development and proposal activities; has financial accountability for monitoring budgets and contract finances.
• Coaches and directs team members to achieve objectives; supports Telligen management philosophy.
• Represents the company externally; identifies opportunities to improve and expand knowledge and certifications.
