Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education verified; 5 years of experience in product development/management, project management, strategic planning, marketing or related roles.
• 4 years of experience in health care, health insurance, managed care, employee health benefits management, or self-insured plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet growth, market need, efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams, interface with project manager, product team, operations, sales and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate new product opportunities, geographic expansion, market entry and partnerships to meet growth objectives.
• Monitor national/local carrier products and industry trends; provide market and product education to internal teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners and affiliate contracts as applicable.
