Responsibilities

• Position assigned products to meet growth goals and NOI targets; ensure market need, efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams; interface with project manager, product team, operational leads, sales, and stakeholders; act as internal product expert for operations.
• Evaluate new product opportunities, geographic/service area expansion, new market entry, and partnerships to meet growth objectives; introduce new products to market.
• Monitor national carrier and local competitor products and industry trends; provide market intelligence and education to internal teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and affiliate contracts as applicable.
