Job summary

Lehighbar is seeking a Program Manager to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of health-related programs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with partners, and ensure deliverables meet grant and contract requirements.

The role covers program development, management, compliance, data reporting, and partner communications. Requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience, with remote work and some travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Community Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Services Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience required.
• Experience with community-based organizations and underserved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program activities and work plans.
• Coordinate activities with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and community partners.
• Monitor program performance and support ongoing evaluation efforts.
• Assist with budget tracking and forecasting for assigned programs.
• Provide training and guidance related to invoices, claims, reporting requirements, and program processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with health centers, funders, community organizations, and stakeholders.
