Job summary

Datavant, the data collaboration platform for healthcare, seeks an entry-level ROI specialist to process medical records requests with accuracy and privacy compliance in a remote, work-from-home role.

You will handle patient information requests, maintain confidentiality, and use company software across platforms while delivering friendly customer service and timely responses. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company software.
• Respond to patient records requests from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble records.
• Ensure records are complete and stored in electronic health records.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company code of conduct.
