Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process patient health information requests with accuracy and HIPAA compliance. You will answer patient, insurer, and attorney inquiries, document status updates, and use multiple platforms to maintain timely records.

This remote, full-time position includes training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow while safeguarding patient privacy and handling data entry duties in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and typing skills; accuracy is essential.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies and HIPAA.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and workflows.
• Adhere to company policies and Code of Conduct; notify supervisor of issues.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
