Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Informatics Product Lead, RWD to guide informatics support for our healthcare data platform and real-world data product. This remote role partners with Client Services, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to manage data-related escalations, review product logic, and support release readiness.

The successful candidate translates clinical and operational concerns into clear requirements, drives continuous improvement of informatics processes, and ensures data quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare data, clinical informatics, or analytics with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of claims, EHR, and real-world data environments.
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing large healthcare datasets.
• Experience in agile environments with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex data issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred experience with real-world data products or data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead informatics support for the data platform and real-world data product engagement.
• Support Client Services with data-related client escalations.
• Coordinate informatics review and sign-off for data releases.
• Define and execute testing scenarios and impact assessments.
• Translate clinical and operational concerns into clear requirements.
• Review product logic and data standards for quality and usability.
• Identify patterns for continuous improvement in processes.
