Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Informatics Product Lead, RWD to guide informatics support for our healthcare data platform and real-world data product. This remote role partners with Client Services, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to manage data-related escalations, review product logic, and support release readiness.

The successful candidate translates clinical and operational concerns into clear requirements, drives continuous improvement of informatics processes, and ensures data quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare data, clinical informatics, or analytics with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of claims, EHR, and real-world data environments.
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing large healthcare datasets.
• Experience in agile environments with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex data issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred experience with real-world data products or data governance.

For our client, we are seeking a Informatics Product Lead, RWD to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide informatics support for a healthcare data platform and real-world data product, helping ensure data quality, usability, and alignment with client and operational needs.

You will partner closely with Client Services, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to manage data-related escalations, review product logic, and support release readiness.

The position also plays a key role in translating clinical and operational concerns into clear requirements while driving continuous improvement across informatics processes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
