Job summary

Mathematica is seeking a Health Informatics & Interoperability Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across health information interoperability, informatics, digital health, and quality measurement. The role supports FHIR strategy, standards implementation, and cross‑functional teams on data exchange and interoperability projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in health informatics, computer science, data science, public health, health policy, statistics, mathematics, public administration, public policy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical, and subject matter leadership across health information interoperability, health informatics, digital health, clinical quality measurement and improvement, and value-based care initiatives.
• Shape and advance Mathematica's interoperability and FHIR strategy and capabilities.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical oversight to staff across health informatics and interoperability projects.
• Represent Mathematica in national standards and interoperability communities.
