Qualifications

• Master's degree required in health informatics, computer science, data science, public health, health policy, statistics, mathematics, public administration, public policy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated decade+ experience in health informatics, interoperability, and health data standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical leadership across health informatics, interoperability, digital quality measurement, and data standards.
• Lead and shape Mathematica's FHIR strategy and interoperability capabilities.
• Mentor staff and represent Mathematica in standards development and client engagements.
• Translate policy, clinical, and operational requirements into interoperable architectures and implementation guides.
