Job summary

The American Academy of Pediatrics - Arizona Chapter is seeking a Manager of Health Equity & Child Well-being in Phoenix. The role oversees initiatives to advance health equity, improve child well-being, and coordinate programs across medical services, hearing, and vision health.

This is a hybrid/remote position with in-office expectations as needed. Responsibilities include grant tracking, stakeholder collaboration, and developing educational materials to reduce barriers to care for Arizona's

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing programs, grants, or grant-funded projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience coordinating educational projects and partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities within Health Equity and Child Well-being initiatives.
• Maintain data tracking for grant reporting and program evaluation.
• Coordinate educational projects, trainings, and school-based initiatives.
• Support the Medical Services Project connecting uninsured children with services.
• Promote access to health services and engage community partners.
