Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, grants, or grant-funded projects is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of initiatives within the Substance Use and Overdose Prevention Priority Area.
• Maintain tracking systems and data for grant reporting and program evaluation.
• Coordinate education projects, trainings, community education, and events.
• Support AP0PN activities, Project ECHO cohorts, and related program work.
• Assist in outreach and awareness campaigns to promote prevention efforts.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners to strengthen care networks.
