Job summary

Lucem Health is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to support technical implementations of our clinical AI and patient outreach solutions at health system customer sites. The role bridges customer-facing program management and technical execution with 1–2 years of experience, reporting to the VP Customer Success.

You will work with health system data, SQL, Python, and infrastructure configuration, enabling fast onboarding and high customer satisfaction while collaborating with software

Qualifications

• Experience with health care data.
• Written SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Python for data manipulation and basic analysis.
• Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders to define tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support technical implementations of clinical AI and outreach solutions at health system sites.
• Configure infrastructure and onboarding tasks with Customer Success.
• Interface with software development teams to report issues and suggest improvements.
• Meet with customers to understand their systems and correctly configure the platform.
