Job summary

Lucem Health Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst for a remote contract‑to‑hire role. You will support technical implementations of clinical AI and patient outreach solutions at health system sites, bridging customer success and engineering with 1–2 years of experience.

You will own configuration, testing, data reporting, and onboarding, leveraging SQL/Python and health‑care data. Occasional travel to client sites is required as part of collaboration with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with health care data.
• Written SQL queries for data analysis, reports, or transformations.
• Experience with CSV data and basic data manipulation in Python.
• Excel data analysis proficiency.
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders to understand tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical configuration and testing of Lucem’s technologies at health systems, including infrastructure setup and onboarding.
• Interface with software development teams to report issues and improvements to onboarding.
• Meet with customers to understand their systems and correctly configure the platform for their implementation.
• Produce internal reports communicating the state of customer implementations to stakeholders.
