Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Health Data SME, EHR Systems to guide enterprise health data analytics initiatives that support senior leadership and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This role will advance electronic health record modernization efforts for Tribal Nations and shape data standards, infrastructure, and team capability in a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $134,890 to $210,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Expertise in health data development and EHR systems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
• Strong understanding of privacy and security compliance requirements.

For our client, we are seeking a Health Data SME, EHR Systems to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will guide enterprise health data analytics initiatives that support senior leadership and strengthen data-driven decision-making. The position will play a key part in advancing electronic health record modernization efforts for Tribal Nations. You will also help shape data standards, infrastructure, and team capability across a complex, mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,890 – $210,000 annually
