Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Data Analyst to manage health insurance claims data, develop Power BI dashboards, and deliver client reports. The role involves data wrangling, metrics development, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decisions.

You will build scalable data solutions, validate data quality, and leverage AI tools to streamline reporting. A strong SQL background and experience with BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or related role; or a Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries and perform data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau, Azure AAS, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong quality assurance, data validation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data and analytics dashboards.
• Perform analyses to support business decisions, identify opportunities, and guide development of new programs.
• Create custom reports and data extracts to support client, compliance, and internal needs.
• Support continuous improvement by developing data solutions, including SQL views and tables.
• Build and maintain process documentation, reporting standards, and team knowledge resources.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and perform exploratory data analysis to identify inconsistencies.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new business concepts and trends.
• Collaborate with departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Perform QA reviews of reports and data deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reporting workflows.
