Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Data Analyst to transform health insurance claims and member data into actionable insights. You will collect, wrangle, and analyze large datasets, build Power BI dashboards, generate client reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tooling skills are required, with a proactive mindset and commitment to data quality. This remote role offers a flexible 40–45 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years as a Data Analyst or related role.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to build complex queries and analyze data.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data and analytics dashboards.
• Perform analyses to support business decisions and identify opportunities.
• Create client reports and data extracts for compliance and internal use.
• Develop data solutions and simple SQL views/tables for reporting assets.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to team standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to leadership.
