Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience is a strong match.
• Strong data entry and navigation of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers and authorized representatives following policies.
• Assist individuals with health care coverage applications and enrollment steps.
• Document inquiries and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
• Process life events, demographic updates, and enrollments.
• Coordinate translation services, materials, referrals, and escalations.
• Participate in meetings and trainings to stay current.
