Job summary

BodySpec is seeking a Remote Health Consultant in the United States to be the first voice clients hear as they understand their body composition and plan healthier habits. No scripts, genuine conversations, and a culture that values data-driven care set the tone for this role.

You will manage high-volume inquiries, guide clients through nutrition and DEXA topics, and help optimize scheduling and communications with the team across remote channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with CX platforms and KPIs.
• Ability to quickly learn systems and pass an internal knowledge assessment within 90 days.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness to explain concepts clearly.
• US-based with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.
• SAT/ACT/ASVAB scores are optional but helpful if provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email, text, and Slack, staying accurate and human on every channel.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision.
• Answer client questions on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear, accurate guidance.
• Partner with events and operations teams on outbound communications and scheduling ahead of scan events.
• De-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composure.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements: flag recurring issues, suggest better workflows, and help refine CX standards.
