Job summary

BodySpec is seeking a Remote Health Consultant to guide clients through their body composition data with empathy and accuracy. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, answering questions about DEXA, nutrition, and fitness, while avoiding scripts and enjoying real conversation with a data-focused team.

The role offers high-volume client support, scheduling duties, and the opportunity to earn a total cash compensation up to $49,056 in the US, plus equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs and best practices.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and pass a knowledge assessment within 90 days.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness and fitness; learn DEXA basics.
• US-based with reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Scores on standardized tests are optional but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email, text, and Slack.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision.
• Answer questions on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear guidance.
• Coordinate with events and operations for outbound communications around scan events.
• De-escalate sensitive situations with composure and triage as needed.
• Suggest process improvements and help refine CX standards.
