Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team. This role will bring in-house Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to support long-term business objectives.

The strongest candidate will lead solution design, oversee OmniStudio/Vlocity implementations, and partner with stakeholders to drive the Salesforce roadmap while reducing reliance on external consulting services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Data migration and integration tools experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices and standards.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define prototypes.
• Lead customer walkthroughs and advise product managers on risks.
