Job summary
Intermountain Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team and act as the in-house expert for Health Cloud solutions. This role replaces an external consultant and will shape the Salesforce roadmap while reducing reliance on external services.
The ideal candidate has Health Cloud hands-on experience (1–2 years), OmniStudio/Vlocity expertise, and strong leadership with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and configuration initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and create prototypes for validation.
- Lead customer walkthroughs and communicate risks to the product manager.
