Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team as the in-house expert for Health Cloud solutions. This role replaces an external consultant and will drive architecture, configuration, and a long-term Salesforce roadmap.

The ideal candidate has Health Cloud experience in a healthcare payer environment, OmniStudio/Vlocity expertise, and strong leadership to collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide development teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users
• Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
