Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Filing UB04s and 1500 HCFA with subrogation information to payers.
• Familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Ability to follow up to resolve claim status and collect information.
• Experience working in EPIC and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Produce denial reports, audits, and provide operational support to the team.
• Work with multiple computer screens and software to maintain accuracy and speed.
