We are seeking a customer service professional to triage calls from members and pharmacies, document concerns, and ensure first-call resolution while maintaining high satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of PBM experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish and Medicare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Triage incoming calls from members and pharmacies.
• Document and escalate concerns to internal teams.
• Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
