Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a visionary User Experience Design leader to shape the future of technology across global retail, e‑commerce, and internal platforms.

You will set the UX strategy, champion end-user needs, and partner with product, engineering, merchandising, marketing, and brand teams. Leading a team of 12, you’ll drive design excellence and influence roadmaps while integrating AI into the design process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX or product design experience with global e-commerce and retail.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience with AI prototyping and coding tools.
• Experience with web, app, and in-store channels.

• Set and maintain design quality standards and design system
• Lead the design of AI-powered experiences for consumers and associates
• Drive design strategy and influence product roadmaps across regions
• Recruit, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary UX team
