Dwight School seeks a visionary Head of Upper School to lead Grades 9–12 within Dwight Global. The HOUS will collaborate with Deans, Curriculum & Instruction, and department heads to advance curriculum, student support, and accreditation across the Upper School.

The role is remote with periodic travel to New York City. The HOUS will shape school culture, oversee assessments, and guide college counseling while upholding Dwight’s mission and standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and supervision of Grades 9–12 faculty.
• Coordinate curriculum development for the Upper School to ensure rigor and alignment with standards.
• Lead division and grade meetings with integrated planning across vertical, horizontal, pastoral, and departmental areas.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for unique student situations.
• Oversee Upper School Deans and pastoral programs to foster belonging, integrity, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain the Upper School Orientation course and parent education programs.
• Coordinate honors, integrity, and disciplinary processes including online proctoring and summer grade recovery.
