Job summary

Massive is seeking a visionary Head of SEO, AEO & GEO to scale organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI discovery platforms. You will lead the organic search and AI discovery strategy, working closely with Marketing, Product and Engineering to drive qualified traffic, signups, and revenue.

This remote role is open to the USA and Canada, with optional Atlanta HQ for in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Proven track record growing organic traffic and revenue.
• Strong technical SEO and content optimization skills.
• Experience with AEO, GEO, AI-powered search and LLM citations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to drive traffic, signups, and revenue.
• Improve visibility across traditional search, AI-generated answers, and discovery platforms.
• Own keyword research, search intent analysis, competitive research, and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate technical SEO performance and optimize site architecture, indexing, and internal linking.
• Provide recommendations to optimize product pages, API docs, and educational content for search and AI discovery.
• Develop authoritative, answer-focused content strategies with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for programmatic SEO, featured snippets, and AI citations.
• Measure organic performance, AI visibility, and conversion impact to improve results.
