Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Head of Product Execution to drive the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams. You will translate product strategy into field-ready execution, craft market-facing storytelling, and measure adoption performance.

The role sets direction, priorities, and operating rhythms for a ~6-person team, ensuring strong field readiness, education, and executive-level coordination with sales leadership and product owners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field sales leadership or product execution experience.
• Experience in payor-focused healthcare products or closely related segments.
• Proven ability to lead customer- or field-facing teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into market execution with sales leadership and product owners.
• Strong executive communication, leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams.
• Define and drive a consistent approach to activating product strategy across territories.
• Partner with sales leadership to align priorities and field execution objectives.
• Set expectations for product education, client and broker presentations, and storytelling.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and execution effectiveness to inform priorities.
• Build rhythms, measures and decision frameworks to strengthen execution discipline.
