Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, with leadership of managers and ICs.
• Ability to break down unfamiliar business questions into data-driven decisions.
• Strong drive, proactive, and able to push the business forward.
• Fluent in product analytics, experimentation, and instrumentation.
• Foundations-building: fix definitions, taxonomies, data quality at scale.
• Excellent communicator to executives and cross-functional partners.
• B2B2C experience across enterprise accounts, agents, and end consumers.

Responsabilités

• Define and quantify levers driving the agent journey: sourcing, onboarding, activation, productivity, retention.
• Lead agent product analytics and testing with a repeatable cadence.
• Own data foundations: commissions, debt, retention, lifecycle attribution (single source of truth).
• Set vision for AI-powered analytics to automate insights and scale self-serve analysis.
• Grow and manage the analytics team, hiring and performance management.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, ops, marketing, and finance to turn insights into action.
• Support DTC annuities analytics with funnel tracking and A/B testing cadence.
