Job summary

Icatalyft seeks a Head of Operations to scale delivery systems and orchestrate cross‑functional teams across strategy, content, design, and automation. The role focuses on building scalable workflows, optimizing collaboration, and delivering high‑quality client outcomes in a fully remote setup with European on‑site opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of operations, delivery, or project management experience.
• Experience in digital marketing agency or consulting environments.
• Strong leadership and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to build scalable SOPs and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across service verticals and ensure alignment with client delivery timelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and prioritize projects.
• Implement scalable SOPs, dashboards, and internal QA checkpoints.
• Oversee project management tools and maintain visibility for internal and client-facing teams.
• Forecast workload and plan capacity to prevent delays; collaborate with Strategy and Client Success.
• Lead remote productivity initiatives and optimize cost-efficiency without harming quality.
