Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 10 years relevant experience.
- Advanced degree in related field and 7+ years experience.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.
- Experience developing roadmaps or leading modernization initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term application planning and modernization aligned with enterprise transformation.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for Supply Chain applications preparing for S/4HANA.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, sequencing, and deployment strategy.
- Strengthen lifecycle management standards to reduce risk and enable transformation.
