Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Director, Merchandise Finance to lead inventory investment, set financial guardrails for OTB, and provide executive-level insight into inventory productivity. You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Supply Chain, IT, and senior leadership while developing the merchandise finance team.

This primarily remote role includes up to 20% travel and a base pay target of 150k–175k with a 20% bonus target.

Qualifications

• Experience governing open-to-buy and merchandise investment governance in retail.
• Ability to reconcile OTB to P&L and corporate forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory investment governance and set investment envelopes.
• Reconcile to merchandise financial plan and enterprise forecast.
• Provide executive-level insights on inventory productivity and risk.
