Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific/clinical discipline (PhD/MD/PharmD) preferred or required.
• Proven experience leading clinical development strategy and protocol design.
• Experience in rare diseases or biotech/pharma settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple functions.

Responsabilités

• Provide scientific leadership in planning and development of clinical programs, focusing on rare diseases.
• Lead development of clinical trial protocols including study design, objectives and endpoints.
• Support clinical development strategy and input into future studies and programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics and other stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for program decisions.
• Review and contribute to key clinical and regulatory documents for accuracy and alignment.
• Identify challenges and propose strategic solutions across programs.
• Provide hands-on scientific support while maintaining a strategic view across programs.
• Facilitate alignment among internal teams and external partners.
