The role focuses on modern analytics engineering in cloud environments, driving transformation pipelines and infrastructure optimization while providing strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI.
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks and dbt.
• Experience architecting data transformation pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong analytics best practices understanding.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience leading high-performance technical teams.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will guide a team responsible for building reliable analytics foundations that support decision-making across the organization. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and deliver trusted data solutions at scale. The position is focused on modern analytics engineering practices in cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on transformation pipelines, infrastructure optimization, and team leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
