HighLevel in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead the team building the trusted data foundation—the semantic metrics layer—that powers decision making across the company.

You’ll oversee analytics engineers who transform raw data into scalable, reliable, and well‑governed data models for self‑service analytics, operational reporting, experimentation, and AI‑driven products.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading high‑performing technical teams with people growth.
• Deep expertise with SQL and modern analytics practices.
• Experience building analytics platforms using DBT, Snowflake, Airflow.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows, BI platforms.
• Strong dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and data warehousing.
• Experience defining data governance, testing, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy across organizations.
• Experience at a high‑growth SaaS or technology company; event‑driven architectures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a high‑performing Analytics Engineers team.
• Establish goals, rhythms, and processes aligned with priorities.
• Define roadmap for analytics engineering, semantic layers, and infra.
• Build scalable data models and curated datasets for trusted reporting.
• Drive adoption of testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and code review.
• Own data quality, observability, lineage, and governance across analytics.
• Improve developer productivity and platform scalability.
• Partner with data and business stakeholders to translate needs into data products.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Product Analytics, and Data Science for experimentation and ML.
• Support Finance and Exec Leadership with trusted metrics and reporting.
