Ladders is seeking a Head of Engineering Services to lead a high‑growth engineering services function in a highly regulated life sciences setting. Remote work is available while driving revenue growth, margin performance, and project success across customer engagements.

You will shape strategy, oversee delivery, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to align offerings with client needs and industry standards, including FDA and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service lines in GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong ability to shape go‑to‑market strategies and offerings.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage service line offerings and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Oversee annual P&L, including revenue growth and margin targets.
• Lead projects as SME and project manager with delivery accountability.
• Ensure project outcomes meet customer and organizational goals.
• Support lead generation and contract scope assessment activities.
