Job summary

Builders is seeking a strategic digital leader to elevate our cross-partisan community. You will own social media strategy across platforms, guide paid media and audience insights, and drive platform growth with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy, growth marketing, or paid media.
• Fluent across major social/digital platforms; understands algorithmic, cultural, and commercial trends.
• Proven ability to drive audience growth and engagement with integrated organic and paid tactics.
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into strategy without a data team.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy across platforms; set vision, standards, and playbooks.
• Lead and develop the social media team with a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Own insights function; translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with CMO, Creative Director, and Editorial Director to align strategy and content.
• Manage external vendors and agencies; ensure strategic alignment and performance.
