Patrianna is hiring for a senior DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering leader to own roadmaps, drive reliable platform development, and manage a high-performing team. You will partner with engineers to design scalable infrastructure and champion modern delivery practices.

You will stay hands-on when needed, shaping architecture decisions and leading incident reviews to eliminate recurrence while optimizing cloud costs. Remote work flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams while balancing technical leadership and people management.
• Ability to build realistic roadmaps, break down initiatives, and drive delivery to completion.
• Strong written and spoken English for cross‑functional communication with engineers and leadership.
• Deep hands‑on DevOps expertise with production infrastructure and on‑call experience.
• Extensive GCP experience (GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, networking, DNS, cost optimization).
• Expertise in Kubernetes architecture, security, autoscaling, and operations.
• Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm, and IaC automation proficiency.
• CI/CD and GitOps design using Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong on-call incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Observability mastery: metrics, logs, tracing, SLOs, and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/ELK).

Responsibilities

• Own the DevOps roadmap and delivery outcomes; translate priorities into initiatives and commitments.
• Lead SRE and Platform Engineering; balance production reliability with platform evolution.
• Manage people: performance reviews, career development, hiring, and structure.
• Partner with engineering across the org to understand infrastructure needs and unblock delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership; participate in architecture discussions and reviews.
• Drive platform reliability, incident response, capacity planning, and observability.
• Evolve the engineering platform: Kubernetes, cloud infra, CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, security.
• Improve engineering efficiency by automating bottlenecks and repetitive toil.
• Evaluate cloud costs and drive FinOps initiatives while maintaining performance and reliability.
