Placements24 is seeking a Head of Coaching & Player Development to lead a remote, multi-age program in the Leisure & Sports sector. You will design and implement coaching methodologies and player development curricula across disciplines, guided by sports psychology and LTAD principles.

You will lead and mentor coaches, ensure consistent training philosophy, and drive continuous improvement and athlete well-being in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of elite coaching experience.
Proven ability to design long-term athletic development programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Experience with remote collaboration and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee a standardized long-term player development curriculum and coaching philosophy.
Recruit, train and develop coaching staff; mentor and evaluate coaches.
Set performance benchmarks and assess player progression.
Collaborate with athletes and parents to set goals and track progress.
Integrate sports science, psychology, and nutrition into training programs.
