Job summary

Fitt Talent Partners, on behalf of a leading fitness concept, seeks a Director of Athletic Coaching & Education to design and implement elite training programs for strength and conditioning coaches across the franchise network. This remote role requires a strategic leader who can translate sports science into practical education.

You will mentor coaches, standardize coaching practices, and oversee certification initiatives to elevate performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Former D1 athlete with 7–10 years in strength & conditioning coaching.
• Proven track record in developing and leading coach education programs.
• Strong background in sports science, performance training, and coaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Educational Programs – Create structured training courses to elevate coaching knowledge, skills, and execution.
• Lead Training & Certification – Conduct ongoing education, hands‑on training, and certification programs for coaches.
• Standardize Coaching Excellence – Establish best practices, methodologies, and performance benchmarks across all locations.
• Mentor & Develop Coaches – Provide direct coaching, guidance, and professional development to enhance coaching consistency and quality.
