Anytime Fitness – FitBiz Management Inc. seeks a remote Coaching Director to grow our coaching portfolio across 15+ clubs. This role involves traveling to clubs about 5–10% per year, hiring and guiding coaches, and maintaining training standards.

You will lead weekly coaching sessions, develop coaches to meet targets, and ensure HR/compliance alignment while expanding the coaching program. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire coaching portfolio across 15+ Anytime Fitness clubs.
• Hire, onboard, and manage coaches; set and track goals.
• Develop coaches via weekly meetings and role play to hit targets.
• Maintain training and service standards across all clubs.
• Coach trainers/GMs on selling training packages.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards.
• Travel to clubs as needed (5–10% annually).
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
