Job summary

The Hive Careers is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to lead our enterprise BI and reporting function, turning organizational data into reliable insights and decision-support tools. You will partner with Data Engineering and IT on modern cloud analytics and establish governance, standards, and self-service adoption across Finance, Risk, Operations, Investments, and IT.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15+ years in BI/analytics with 5+ years in leadership, experience in financial services, and

Qualifications

10–15+ years in BI, analytics, data, or technology.
5+ years in BI/analytics leadership.
Experience as Head of BI, Director of Analytics, or VP BI.
Experience in Insurance, Banking, Investment Management, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong knowledge of KPIs, reporting frameworks, data governance, and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise BI strategy and roadmap.
Lead BI, reporting, data visualization, and management reporting.
Establish enterprise-wide reporting standards, KPIs, metrics, and data definitions.
Develop executive dashboards and performance-management solutions.
Lead self-service BI and analytics adoption across functions.
Oversee BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
Partner with Data Engineering and IT on data warehouses, ETL/ELT, APIs, and data integration.
Ensure BI outputs are based on governed, trusted data and reporting controls.
Translate business requirements into BI solutions and analytics products.
