Ladders seeks a Leader, Business Intelligence to shape the vision and operating model for an enterprise BI and analytics function supporting sales performance and decision-making.

The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to modernize reporting, elevate analytical rigor, and translate data into clear business narratives. You will oversee analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists delivering scalable insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales BI & Analytics with strong business acumen.
• BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Generative AI in relevant environments preferred.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, DAX or similar BI languages.
• Familiarity with SAP Hana, Snowflake, Teradata, and CRM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Leader, Business Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This leader will shape the vision and operating model for an enterprise business intelligence and analytics function that supports sales performance and decision-making. The role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to modernize reporting, improve analytical rigor, and translate complex data into clear business narratives. It also oversees a team of analysts, AI professionals, and data scientists focused on scalable frameworks, advanced visualizations, and practical AI-enabled insights.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $155,500 – $226,800 annually

Responsibilities
