Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare
• 3+ years within Payment Integrity, Revenue Integrity, claims operations, healthcare analytics, or a closely related function
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience with accountability for performance and development
• Experience leading teams through organizational or technology-enabled change
• Experience using data and analysis to identify payment issues and opportunities
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional environments and stakeholders
• Experience establishing or improving team processes and operating practices
• Exposure to AI adoption, automation, or technology-enabled transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts with performance management and development.
• Build team capability, succession planning, and capability development.
• Apply Payment Integrity expertise to guide analysis and recommendations.
• Drive high-quality analysis delivery with clear issue definition and outcomes.
• Strengthen cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate findings and priorities clearly to leadership and partners.
• Set direction, balance capacity, and prioritize work to meet CRD objectives.
• Promote standard analysis practices and processes to improve efficiency.
• Advance AI adoption and automation to improve productivity and scalability.
• Build trusted relationships and present updates with executive presence.
