G&A Partners is seeking an experienced HCM Systems Specialist to join the team at the Henderson, NV satellite office or fully remote. The role focuses on configuring and supporting the isolved HCM platform and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years on isolved, experience with Time & Attendance, and strong communication and project-management skills to support multiple implementations for clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience working on the isolved HCM platform.
• Experience configuring isolved Time & Attendance module is required.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task across multiple implementations.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and anticipate issues.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the Director of HCM Systems to define project objectives.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate data entry, setup, and testing tasks with team members.
• Serve as liaison between our company and isolved for maintenance.
• Provide user training and document results of tests and recommendations.
