Job summary

CACI is seeking an HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate OCI-based cloud environments for a federal HCM modernization program. This role involves managing FedRAMP Moderate+ environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security baselines per NIST and FIPS standards.

You will automate provisioning, configuration wrangling across DEV through PROD, coordinate quarterly SaaS updates, and lead DR/BC initiatives while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems administration.
• 5+ years of OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov/FedRAMP-authorized clouds.
• Strong CI/CD tooling experience; automation of build/test/deploy pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform or IaC tools for declarative provisioning.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation and orchestration.
• Knowledge of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate+ controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python.
• Manage OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments (compute, networking, storage, IAM).
• Establish baseline configurations aligned with NIST SP 800-128; ensure traceability and auditability.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates; support testing and rollback procedures.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities with automated failover.
