Virtix Health is seeking an experienced HCC Coding professional for a flexible remote role. If you code patient records per ICD-10-CM guidelines, you will support clients in achieving accurate risk adjustment outcomes while working from home.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years HCC experience, 1 year on-the-job coding, and certifications such as CPC, CRC, COC, RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CCS-P. You must have reliable internet, and Excel and Outlook proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HCC coding experience.
• Certification through CPC/CRC/COC/RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P required.
• Proficient with ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment rules.
• Must have reliable internet connection and home-office setup.

Aufgaben

• Review, analyze and code patient medical records per client guidelines.
• Follow ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and risk adjustment rules.
• Maintain a quality score of 95%+ and consistent productivity per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security rules and company confidentiality.
• Work from home independently and communicate professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for documentation and scheduling.
